1. Jibril -Pistachio - I’ve been loving mint these past weeks as you can see in my previous posts and really into monochromatic combinations. I found this short then while at a friends place he pulled out the shorts and right there I was just like… yeah! I gotta do it. The colors were so exact and Jalan had a in tone type outfit ready as well. I loved the turn out. Mint for some reason is super trendy these days and I’m not against it at all, especially to the men dipping their toes in.

  2. Can’t take our eyes off of BURBERRY S/S 2014

Some of our Favorites from London mens Fashion week 2013

Burberry S/S 2014 : Not only are the pieces stunning on in this collection but the styling job is “PERF”! The way the color blocking was executed here is definitely eye catching. As you may know we’re huge promoters / fans of menswear using colors outside of the normal dark blue’s browns and Greys. Always refreshing.

Agi & Sam S/S 2014 - Great colors again by agi and sam aside from there print suits we loved the fresh colors they used in this collection. The sunshine orange suit is to die for! Every man should own a one toned bright colored suit. To hell with the Black intern suit!

  3. So today it’s super colorful on the blog and both cartoon inspired outfits. We loved the turn out and hope yo do to. ;)

  4. Jibril - SPACE JAM - Voila! I really like what I came up with here. It was actually a last minute look because I was gonna shoot something completely different. I’m lending this hat from a friend (Dominique nghiem of style2bones.com) and I was originally gonna do something more of white/monochromatic and then I came up with this super colorful and fun outfit. I call it Space Jam because of the colors but also because of how “baller/on the court” related the poses are. That’s about it hope you enjoy this. Thanks again to Dominique for lending me the cap.

  5. Jalan -TMNT - I had came to a conclusion that yellow was really “not my color” which I hated being content with because yellow is such a loud color that can be so well used for bold fashion, until one day I saw a picture of the Ninja Turtles on my Tumblr feed, where they covered their yellows with a nice green. So luckily for me I had just received a package from American Apparel and it came with this green rain coat that had the perfect green I would need to be a “fashionable Ninja Turtle”! Now for the location this is actually a house that is being built in my neighborhood and when I saw it I was blown away, maybe it’s just me but that light brown tone was so subtle but vibrant at the same time. I’ve actually decided that when I get to design my own house one day I would love for the insides be covered with an unfinished plywood look like this and yeah I know that sounds mad childish, like I’m playing with dolls or something but come on can’t this little black boy have ambitions! So today’s moral of the day is to always see how cartoons can inspire new color combinations, maybe not clothing cuts but definitely colors! Have a good day peeps (peeps: my imaginary way of saying peeps since I was small that I can’t get out of my mind), bye!
